Our Policies

CHECK-IN TIME

Check-in is from 4:00 – 10:00 p.m. PLEASE NOTE: If you arrive after 10:00 PM, you will most likely find a note on the front door of the main house (where the large sign is) with very clear directions on how to get into YOUR room, as typically there is no one on staff after 10:00 PM.

CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-Out time is 11:00 a.m.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1-5 days booked: An advanced payment for the FIRST NIGHT’S stay for each room reserved is charged to your credit card when your reservation is confirmed.

6-10 days booked: An advance payment of the first TWO NIGHT’s stay will be charged and is non-refundable if cancelled 11-15 days booked: An advance payment of the first THREE NIGHT’S stay will be charged and is non-refundable if cancelled.

If cancelled within 14 days of your arrival date you will lose your whole deposit amount.

If cancelled more than 14 days before your arrival date, only a $35 cancellation fee applies for the 1-5 day bookings. 6-10 days booked, we take a 2 night deposit and it is non-refundable. 11-15 days booked, we take a 3 night deposit and it is non-refundable.

In the event that you must shorten your stay or check out early once here, you will be responsible for your entire reservation. If we can rebook you room(s), a full or partial refund may apply.

Your deposit amount at the time of making your reservation with us will be equal to the above policies PLUS 8% bed tax.

Please note also that laundry is provided on an honor system of $8 per load. Plugging in your car in winter is $4 per night. Please pay the manager for this. Thanks.

TRAVELERS INSURANCE:

Most people don’t think about getting insurance for their travels, maybe believing either their own medical insurance may cover them, or their auto insurance. This is not always the case when you are traveling out of your state or country. Thus we highly suggest you acquire insurance for those unexpected cancellations. SMOKING AND PET POLICY

Minnie St. INN is a smoke-free environment. We request that you honor this policy. Provision has been made for you to smoke outside. A $200 charge to your credit card will apply if we find that you smoke indoors. Smoking is permitted OUTDOORS only!

There are no pets allowed in the rooms, even in a pet carrier.
